Who We Are

EyeMedia Creative Agency is a trading name of Eyemedia Ltd, a UK-based healthcare web design and digital marketing agency. We help private clinics, aesthetic practices, and healthcare professionals build websites, improve their search rankings, and grow their patient base through smart digital strategies.

What We Do

We offer a range of digital services for healthcare practices:

Every project is tailored to your practice, your goals, and your patients. We don't do cookie-cutter — everything is built or configured specifically for you.

Working With Us

Once you decide to move forward, we'll confirm everything in writing — what's included, timelines, and what we need from you to keep things moving. We'll ask for things like content, images, access to any existing accounts (like your domain registrar or Google Ads), and feedback during the review stages.

We like to keep communication clear and straightforward. You'll always know what's happening with your project and when. If something changes, we'll let you know straight away.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are confirmed before work begins. We typically break payments into stages — a deposit to get started, with the balance due once your website is live. For larger projects or ongoing services (like SEO or Google Ads management), we'll agree on a schedule upfront.

For SEO, Google Ads, and similar ongoing services, we ask for a minimum commitment so we can properly measure results and make a real difference to your practice — rankings and campaigns take time to build momentum.

Payments are due within 14 days of invoicing unless otherwise agreed. We'll send invoices by email.

Your Content & Materials

You retain ownership of all content, images, and materials you provide. We'll ask you to confirm you have the right to use any materials you supply — for example, photos of your clinic or staff.

Once your website is live, everything built for you — including design, copy (where original), and any bespoke development — belongs to your practice. We'll talk through any third-party tools, plugins, or licences that form part of the build.

We reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless we agree otherwise.

Ongoing Services

If you sign up for recurring services (SEO management, Google Ads management, hosting, or maintenance), these continue month-to-month once the initial term is complete. You can cancel with 30 days' written notice.

We'll provide monthly reports on progress where relevant — think ranking updates, traffic changes, and conversion data. We aim to be honest about what's working and what needs adjusting.

Revisions & Changes

Every project plan includes a set number of revision rounds. We agree these upfront so expectations are clear. If you need more changes beyond the included revisions, we'll quote for those separately — we won't spring extra costs on you.

We ask for feedback at each stage. Timely feedback keeps projects on track. If things go quiet on your end, we'll follow up — but if delays become prolonged, we reserve the right to adjust timelines.

Intellectual Property

We own the code, design frameworks, and tools we develop. Where we use third-party platforms (WordPress, Sanity, Vercel, etc.), those platforms retain their own IP — but your content and your website belong to you once fully paid.

We don't claim ownership of your brand, your domain, or your patient data.

Confidentiality

We treat everything you share with us as confidential. That includes your practice details, patient data (which we never access), business information, and anything else you discuss with us in confidence.

We don't share your information with third parties — ever. Our privacy policy has the full detail on how we handle data.

Making Changes

If something isn't working for you, let us know and we'll do our best to sort it. If we need to make changes to these terms (for example, if we add new services), we'll notify you in writing. Continued use of our services after a change means you accept the updated terms.
